Not exactly what I was hoping for
Went to yoga. Had sub who was asked to teach last minute. Usually, She’s an awesome instructor. Tonight’s class was a bit of a disapointment. Expected level II-III flow. Got more workshop/partner stuff.
Oh well, beginner’s mind, right?
Tomorrow I sweat!

Who doesn’t love a puppy?
Shiloh’s BFF, Friday, is visiting this afternoon. I decided to get our afternoon walk in, taking Friday along. It was a short (distance) walk that took longer than usual.
