Hot, humid…and yet still dry!

More Strength than Flex
Today I realized I can log my yoga under any category I want. I’ve been using flexibility, but after today’s class, I realized sometimes it makes more sense to log it under “strength training”, which is what I’m doing today.

Confessions of a Bike Owner
