Simply a headstand - no way!

I had to do some kind of yoga, and if you can’t do a complete practice, headstand is one of those poses that can do a world of good all on its own. But then the headstand ended, and my body said “More! More! More!”

Put one foot in front of the other…

Shiloh & I decided to give walking a shot. My hip and groin were feeling pretty good, so I threw on some cross trainers, grabbed the leash (and the dog), and took a very short, very slow walk. Nothing popped  or seized up, so we had a good time enjoying the sun. No doggie friends [...]
