It continues to be a busy week here at Garden Mentors, but I did manage to get out and take Shiloh for a walk yesterday. Of course by the time I was able to take her, our brief sunshine had passed and we were doused with huge raindrops, so it turned into a short walk (I didn’t have my rain gear on).  Still, it was nice to stretch the legs.

I’m missing yoga (again) on Saturday morning in order to get a garden design completed on time & make it to a coaching appointment this afternoon. I think I’ll stretch on my own this evening — a quiet, meditative practice will probably be better for my stress level right now than a big power vinyasa class (tho, that wouldn’t be bad either!). And, if I can get things wrapped up & under control today, I’ll go to a Sunday yoga class. AND I’ve worked out my schedule so that I can get back on track with my regular yoga practice next week. (Is it okay to say WHEW!  in advance? I need it!)
