Not much to report. Lots of restoration. Much needed. My shoulders managed to let go & melt out some of the extra tension they’ve been carrying lately.
Skipping the 2nd cup of coffee today was good. I need to cut back. I’ve been relying on coffee a little too much lately with all the extra work. And, frankly, it always backfires. Around 3pm I’m tense & tired. If I skip it, I have more energy & less anxiety.

Isn’t is amazing that when we’re tired we think large volumes of coffee will pump us up over the long haul. Water is a much better drink for all day energy than coffee.

No doubt. I’ve been drinking decaf black or green tea in the afternoons instead of an extra batch o’coffee, and it makes the difference. I feel hydrated (don’t need to put drops in the contacts late day), energized (no headache or yawns at 3pm), and I am more tuned into my true hunger response!
