Saturday morning I made sure I went to yoga. Not only do I need to get back to going regularly on Saturday mornings, but I had to make sure I was ready for my halloween costume to avoid injury.

Okay, you laugh, but…Halloween is my favorite holiday. Everyone is somebody else. Even the shy get to hide behind a mask or a character. People I’ve met at Halloween parties often never look quite “right” to me once I meet them again in “real life”. So, the point is, I get into Halloween, and this year I felt I had to do my character justice. That meant I had to be ready to kick, stretch & kick. Okay, still don’t know who I dressed up as?

I had a great yoga class & I had a blast as Sally at our friends’ annual halloween party. I would log the several hours of dancing as added exercise except I’m pretty sure it was zeroed out by all the delicious food I indulged in while dancing and chatting (the food table was right next to the dance floor!).

If I get brave, I’ll share a picture of myself as Sally…we’ll see..
