Strength Restorative

Went to the restorative yoga class tonight thinking I’d use it as a warm up for the later level II-III flow class. Someone asked for strength training in the restorative. Frozen Lashes. Bad Cuts. Fast Walk

Fast walk with Shiloh to try to outrun the seeping cold. Eyes watered in the cold. Lashes tried to freeze. Watched people pruning trees, badly.
