Hawk & Flocks on Walk

A bit in the vein of Dr. Seuss I admit. But, I did see a hawk on my walk around the block. And it did disturb a flock of robins. And I did gaze another flock of geese heading north. Spring must be somewhere in our near future.

Sunday Morning Yoga

Good mix of strength & flex training. Well balanced. Learned way to use strap in seated forward bend so that the strap balanced the stretch along all parts of the leg. Plan to this more!
